Ordering and Shipping Policy

Orders:

Once an order is submitted, we cannot change, delete or add any items to the order. This is done to avoid mistakes and to have the order processed as quickly as possible. However, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of a replacement. Please note that we try to process and ship all orders within 48-72 hrs, however, there are times when this cannot be achieved for various

Returns:

Packages will only be reshipped after we receive packages back unopened and unused in it`s original packaging. Once we receive the product back in its original state we will refund your purchase. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

Credit Card Orders:

We may contact you if the amount is reasonably high or the billing and shipping addresses are different. We may request a copy of some form of identification (such as a driver’s license or credit card) to be faxed or emailed to us. This is done for your protection and to avoid fraud. Fraud is a prevalent problem today, but we are committed to ensuring your protection. Please note all shipments that leave our premises will have a signature requirement for delivery, if this is not acceptable for you please indicate that on “additional shipping instructions” when checking out.

Returns:

All purchases on scented products (i.e. Perfume, lotions, gels, etc.) are final; we cannot credit, refund, or exchange these items due to the nature of the product once it has been opened and the seal is broken. Please make sure you are one hundred percent certain when purchasing scented products. Please note if an error occurs on our part i.e. you order luxe scented-men type and we send you Luxe scented-women type, we will gladly correct our error. Simply Contact us, and we will send you the appropriate form to Fill out. You will also need to email us a picture of what you received and we will send you the correct product once we receive the returned merchandise back and the product seals have not been broken or no product damage has occured and everything remains intact excluding the opened package it arrived in, we will correct the error and send you a return label.

If any errors or shortages occur on our part, you have 48 hours from the reception of your order to contact us so we may correct the situation. Any claims made after that will be denied, so please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. If an error or shortage does occur, we will correct it immediately.

NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED.

Freight Damage:

A claim of freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The claim must be made to the freight carrier and to Luxe Scent & Skin Haven. We guarantee that all products leave our warehouse packed safely. However, damages do occasionally happen during transit. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of shipment shall apply. Every effort is made for this website to be completely accurate. However, an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we reserve the right to bill the corrected prices. Luxe Scent & Skin Haven we take great pride in making safe and effective products however, we advise every user to do a patch test on their skin to ensure there are no allergies to our products and if so discontinue use.
